COWBOYS MUSIC FESTIVAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
BOTTLE SERVICE
It is important that you read and understand the following Terms and Conditions. By selecting *I AGREE* you are agreeing that all outlined terms will apply to your Bottle Service Suite or Private Corral booking at Cowboys Music Festival 2025.
REFERENCE
Cowboys stampede trail - refers to the Issuer of this contract.
CMF - refers to Cowboys Music Festival, the host, venue, and event
The Client and/ or Ticket Holder - refers to you, the individual or Company booking the Bottle Service Suite or Corral.
Ticket - refers to the admission status to the Venue purchased by the Holder from the Issuer, including but not limited to voucher, wristband form or pass form, guest list or cover charge.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
The holder of the tickets associated with this booking is admitted to the 2025 Cowboys Music Festival on condition that the Ticket Holder, by use of this ticket, agrees to adhere to all aspects of this contract.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
Prohibited items at CMF include, but are not limited to:
Weapons of any kind (includes knives, staffs/bats, bows, guns, hammers, axes); bicycles inside festival grounds; skateboards, rollerblades, scooters, carts or personalized motorized vehicles (except wheelchairs); illegal substances; drug paraphernalia; outside alcohol; pets (except service dogs) ; umbrellas; hard-sided coolers; suitcases; glass bottles, containers, vessels, etc; unauthorized vending, soliciting, sampling, of any sort; professional video/ photography equipment; audio recording device; colours, symbols, or other gang-related paraphernalia; fireworks or fire crackers; sports equipment; squirt guns or water toys; megaphones, air horns, vuvuzelas, etc.; chairs; tents; open flames excluding cigarette lighters; noxious substances (fuel, etc.) causing patron illness or reaction.
TICKET AND WRISTBAND VALIDITY
CMF is responsible for invalidated tickets due to violation of house policies, user damage, and/ or unauthorized distribution.
Tickets are invalid if the wristband barcode or NFC electronic pass is duplicated, removed, or tampered with.
Admission is subject to compliance with applicable laws, by-laws, regulations and facility rules (the “Rules”) pertaining to Cowboys Stampede Trail LTD, CMF, the City of Calgary, the Province of Alberta, and Canadian federal regulations.
Ticket Holder consents to a reasonable examination of their person and property to ensure compliance with the Rules. CMF reserves the right to inspect patron belongings and confiscate prohibited items without recompense.
RE-ENTRY
Ticket Holders acknowledge and affirm that there are no re-entry privileges on any ticket category. Once tickets have been scanned and are labelled as “checked in” or “in venue,” the Ticket Holder will not be readmitted at the main gates.
NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR REPLACEMENTS
ALL fees and taxes and non-refundable. Fees and taxes may include but are not limited to service fees, GST, and gratuities.
Lost, stolen, destroyed, or damaged tickets (in a wristband, pass, ticket or voucher form) will not be refunded or honoured in any way. CMF reserves the right to deny or limit replacements and/or charge a fee for this service.
RESALE
Resale or attempted resale is strictly prohibited without authorization from CMF. CMF cannot asses the validity of tickets and passes not purchased directly from CMF.
The holder of this ticket voluntarily acknowledges and assumes all risks related in any way to the event (including, without limitation, risks of personal injury, property loss and/or damage) arising or resulting from any cause whatsoever (including, without limitation, by performers, spectactors, objects and other inherent risks incidental to the event and negligence) and whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event.
LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS
CMF, Cowboys Stampede Trail, or any of its agents are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items prior to, during, or following the event.
REVOCABLE LICENSE
A ticket is a revocable license; it may be withdrawn, admission refused, or the Ticket Holder expelled from the premises at any time, for any reason, without refund to or recourse by the Ticket Holder. House policies can be found at:

SAFETY AND SECURITY
The safety and security of CMF’s patrons, clients, vendors, staff, and site is our top priority.
Some security measures you may notice upon your arrival can include bag checks, pat downs and ID scans for ALL attendees and staff. Please take note of our prohibited items list, as any of these items can be confiscated upon entry or result in refusal to enter.
In an emergency situation, information may be announced over an internal PA system.
If you or a friend require medical assistance, alert a staff member immediately. If you notice something that does not seem right, please flag down any staff member of security.
Remember, if you see something, say something.
COVID-19
CMF's Health Safety Policy and FAQ's are regularly updated in consideration for our fans, artists and event workers based on ever-developing circumstances.
Covid-19 is extremely contagious and can lead to severe illness and death. With any public event, there is an elevated risk of exposure to Covid-19. There is no guarantee that individuals choosing to attend the CMF will not be exposed to Covid-19.
Health Canada states that older adults and people of all ages with underlying medical conditions are at higher risk for developing severe illness with Covid-19. All attendees should evaluate their risk for Covid-19 severity prior to attending the festival. By entering the festival, attendees are voluntarily assuming all risks related to exposure of Covid-19 and confirming that they will adhere to any mandates enforced.
COMMERCIAL USE
Ticket Holder will not make any commercial or other unauthorized use of the Issuer or Event name, mark, or logo.
IMAGE AND LIKENESS
Ticket Holder consents to the use by the producer of the Event, without compensation, of Ticket Holder’s image or likeness incidental to any transmission or reproduction of the Event.
NOTICE OF CHANGES
CMF reserves the right to make changes to these rules and terms and conditions at any time without prior Notice.
INDEMNIFICATION
Ticket Holder agrees to indemnify Cowboys Stampede Trail Ltd/ CMF and each of their affiliates, parents, related entities, owners, governors, officers, directors, partners, sponsors, principals, employees, volunteers, and agents are expressly released and forever discharged by Ticket Holder from any and all claims, injuries, or damages caused by their actions or failure to follow festival rules and policies. This indemnification includes coverage for situations involving extreme weather, acts of God, pandemics, or other unforeseeable events that disrupt the festival. These obligations will survive the termination of the agreement and apply to events occurring before such termination. Cowboys Music Festival will not be liable for indirect or punitive damages.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By entering your first and last name below, you acknowledge you understand and have read the above terms, and are consenting to the use of the electronic *I AGREE* in lieu of an original electronic signature or signature on paper. You have the right to request the ability to sign electronically or on paper instead. By selecting *I AGREE* here, and entering your first and last name, you are waiving that right. After consent, you may, upon written request to us, obtain a paper copy of an electronic record. No fee will be charged for such copy and no special hardware or software will be required to view it. Your agreement to use an electronic checkbox and name confirmation with us for any documents will continue until such time as you notify us in writing that you no longer wish to use the described system. You must ensure that we have a current email address in order to contact you regarding any changes, if necessary.
